While smalltub.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or
typographical errors may occur. smalltub.com cannot confirm the price of a product until after
you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to an error in pricing or product information, smalltub.com shall have the
right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the
product has already been dispatched. In the event that an item is mis-priced, smalltub.com
may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of
such cancellation. Unless the product ordered by you has been dispatched, your offer will not
be deemed accepted and smalltub.com will have the right to modify the price of the product
and contact you for further instructions using the e-mail address provided by you during the
time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. In the event
that smalltub.com accepts your order the same shall be debited to your credit / debit card
account and duly notified to you by email that the payment has been processed. The payment
may be processed prior to smalltub.com dispatch of the product that you have ordered. If we
have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be
reversed back to your credit / debit card / Bank account.
We strive to provide you with best value, however prices and availability are subject to change

Shipping and Delivery
SMALLTUB.COM ships to almost all parts of India
Standard Shipping (3-10 days): This is the lowest shipping method and reaches almost all
designations in 10 days maximum. A delivery to metros reaches as fast as 2-3 days
approximately. If it is not a standard location then extra delivery charges will be applied. For
certain remote geographies the time for deliveries may exceed 12 days. Note: The above time
lines do not apply for custom orders, special orders or pre-order bookings. The time line for
each of these will be individually mentioned in the product description. If you require any
assistance in understanding our Shipping policy please do not hesitate to all our customer care
Expedited Shipping (2-3) : This is fastest shipping option available. If you wish the items to
arrive in 2-3 days, please choose this option. Items will be delivered to the most metros in 1-2
days. We provide the shipping cost as low as possible.
International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping options. Special requests can be
handled with prior confirmations. Please contact customer service.
Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you would like to
ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order.
However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may
have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not
able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining
unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such
cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner
you have made the payment.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or
damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package,
and call us on 8618519345 or mail us at email@example.com, mentioning your order
reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is
made to you at the earliest.
We may not able to ship the products to certain parts of West Bengal, North East and J&K.

Please Note : Orders received by Special Promos / Partner offers may take 3-5 days additional
processing time. Please refer the offer/promo fine print for more information.
Tracking Packages :If you have a tracking or delivery number, you can track your package by
clicking our deliver partner links provided in your shipment confirmation email. If you did not
receive email, please check your spam folder. Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48
hours in some cases, so please wait until the shipper scans your package.
If you're not sure whether your order has been shipped, check the status of your recent orders
in My Account.
Non Availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt 3 times before an item is
returned back to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile
number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up your delivery process.
Proof on Delivery: For some delivery locations & for some high value products, Our delivery
partner may require a valid ID proof for delivering the good. Please call us if you have any
Quantity Restrictions :
SMALLTUB.COM reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased
per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed
by the same account, the same credit / debit card, and also to orders that use the same billing
and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be
applied. Smalltub.com also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to any
one as it may deem fit.
We have a Safe Shoppers returns and exchange policies on most of the items sold on
smalltub.com. We will guide you through the process.
RETURN PROCESS:To place a return request, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of item to be returned along with the reason of return. We will get back to you with details on how to send the items back to our place.If our courier partner is not available to pick up from your pin code, send your eligible returns to:

In case of any transit damages customers has to be reported us within 24 hours from the delivery, After which we may not be able to accept the complaint.our warehouse team may ask images of the product.Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the damaged product with a new product at no extra cost.smalltub.com reserves the right to offer an alternate solution in case the product is Out of Stock.Damages due to customer mishandling not returnable.
