Return Process:

In case of any transit damages customers has to be reported us within 12 hours from the delivery, after which we may not be able to accept the complaint. Our warehouse team may ask  images of the product. Once we agree to replace, then we will replace the damaged product with a new product at no extra cost. reserves the right to offer an alternate solution in case the product is Out of Stock. Damages due to customer mishandling not returnable.

Refund : 
Refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back and verified. The mode of refund may depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order.Refund processing will take 15 days to 30 days ,which is purely depend on mode of payment at the time of placing the order

The replacement product will be shipped to the customer only once the original product has been returned to the warehouse, after verification refund will initiated and settled in the duration of 15 to 30 days. Shipping charges and COD charges will not be refunded back.If the payment mode was Cash on Delivery, we will refund the amount to the bank account of your choice. 

Cancellation Policy: 
You can cancel your COD or Pre-paid order any time prior to its shipment. Once Order Shipped its can not be Cancelled. Our Customer Support team will review the reason for your cancellation request and try to resolve the objective if possible.Incase of cancelation ,cancelation amount will be settled in customer account as per customer payment at the time of order within 15 to 30 days
